Her eye for detail and swift problem-solving ensure seamless days behind the scenes; so you enjoy a flawlessly kept home without ever thinking about how it happens.

Ismael tailors each day precisely to your preferences—pace, style, and interests—acting as your personal travel advisor (and friendly genie with more than three wishes). He refined five-star service at Kurà, the region’s boutique luxury hotel, and brings that calm precision to Villa Sueño: curating experiences, securing reservations, timing logistics, and arranging transport and private guides. Mariana refined five-star guest care at Oxygen Jungle Villas, a boutique luxury hotel in Uvita—handling reservations, curating activities, and crafting personalised itineraries. Originally from Platanillo de Barú, Juan Pablo honed his craft across respected regional restaurants and through culinary travels abroad, studying techniques and flavours that he brings back to Villa Sueño. He leads our dedicated kitchen team and, through his private venture—Cuisine by Chef Juan Pablo—delivers Michelin-calibre preparation in a private-dining setting, consistently impressing even the most sophisticated palates. From seasonal tasting menus and market-fresh produce to special dietary requirements, his range is extensive: kosher or other religious guidelines, allergies and intolerances, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more—planned with care and executed with precision. Working closely with our concierge, Juan Pablo aligns menus with your preferences and timing—whether it is a celebratory dinner, poolside lunch, or a week-long culinary journey—so every meal becomes a unique culinary experience.

Jessica leads Villa Sueño’s daily housekeeping with calm, unobtrusive care—fresh linens, polished spaces, and thoughtful resets that keep every room guest-ready. Flor provides dependable backup across rooms, shared spaces, and laundry, stepping in seamlessly when schedules shift or guest needs change. Working in coordination with Sheyrin and our wider cleaning team, they maintain consistent standards from morning to evening so the villa always feels pristine, welcoming, and quietly cared for.
